Simple Production Line

The manual or simple production line is a line where the products output from the machine are transported manually, and two different systems can be used. 1- forklift 2- elevator/rack system, in the forklift system, the products are arranged on pallets on the floor, and in the shelf system, the pallets are arranged in layers by an elevator on wheeled shelves and are manually transported to the desired location by one person.

Production line machines:

- Feeder

For weighing raw materials (sand, sand, pumice...) a single or double-house feeder is used, and it is better to use a 30-meter double-house feeder that is equipped with a digital weighing system for this line.

- Conveyor belt

Two conveyor belts are used, one for transferring raw materials from the feeder to the mixer and the other from the mixer to the production machine.

- Cement silo

Cement silo is used to store cement

- Cement screw

The cement screw is used to transfer cement from the cement silo to the mixer.

- Concrete mixer

The concrete mixer used is better to use dry mortar type mixers and DM.H horizontal model.

- Block Machine (TM series)

For this production line, the suggested models are TM 502 and TM 400

- Wheellers for transporting products

Special forks are used to move the products on the pallet from the output of the machine to the processing area.

- Iron pallet

Pallet is one of the essential production items in the production line, on which the manufactured products are placed from the production stage to drying.
